UPDATE:

The team will travel in 2 separate groups of players

Group 1 - Feb. 21 - 27

Group 2 - Feb. 24 - March 1

Confirm with your son to determine which group you are part of so you can plan flights.

​

The team will be staying at the Springhill Suites by Marriott, Chandler AZ (Fashion District location). 

 

We have a preferred group rate, but we were not able to secure special rates for parents.  They have some rooms available still, and there are also other hotels in the immediate area as well as right next door there is a Residence Inn.

​

Note that if a player wishes to stay the entire session, there will be additional charges for the extra hotel nights.

Travel Insurance - ensure your son has additional travel medical coverage for this trip.

There is an additional fee for this trip. Depending on the total amount raised with fundraisers this year, will determine the final amount outstanding for the trip

 

FLIGHTS (player's cost)

Players are responsible to get themselves to Phoenix for the dates Kyle has informed them.  Players will fly in and fly out on offset schedules to help minimize the impacts of missing classes

 

ACCOMMODATIONS (player and fundraising)

Once their flight has been booked, players will be required to cover the cost of rooms and transportation.  Final amount to be determined once all the fundraising money has been collected up to February 2024.
