For those of you new to our team and may not have heard of this company before, Growing Smiles is a Chilliwack based business that only sells their plants through fundraising events giving teams and schools a unique opportunity to fundraise. In fact, their greenhouse is located across the highway from The Yard Training Facility which is very convenient for delivery. We completed a few plant orders over the past 2 years and it was a success. Also, the quality of plants/flowers we received was great and prices were comparable or lower than other retailers during high season garden flower shopping. Speaking from my own experience, myself along with several neighbours and friends, all found the flower planters, succulents and herbs were very hardy and lasted throughout the season. A few outdoor plants from last fall are still alive in my yard 😉
